SERVICE POLICIES

Payment

Payment must be given before leaving your appointment! Mistakes happen and sometimes we forgot! If 48 hours after your appointment and I have still not received payment there will be a $10 fee added to your next appointment! 

Cancellation 

If cancelling after the 24-hour mark you will have to pay a 20$ fee when rebooking your next appointment 

Late

If you are 15 min late or over a $5 fee will be added to your next appointment 

A reminder that you are cutting into your own appointment time!!

Refill 

Lashes must have at least 40% of extensions left to qualify for a fill! Keep that in mind when booking your appointment on the booking site! There is a time limit on fills! 

Touch up 

If you wake up the next morning of your appointment and you have a SIGNIFICANT fallout of lashes, I do offer a 3-day touch-up!
